Super AI Labs is led by three founders with formal engineering training from ETH Zurich and EPFL, deep consulting exposure from Accenture, and hands-on experience delivering production software in regulated environments.

ETH Zurich: BSc Mechanical Engineering, MSc Industrial Engineering

Former Technical Architecture Specialist at Accenture DACH, delivering full-stack web systems in Next.js and React for enterprise environments.

Brings founder and operator experience across startups and international operations, including product leadership, venture building, and multilingual stakeholder management.

Published research presented at HCII, Venture Kick Phase 1 and 2 award recipient, and long track record of translating strategy into implemented software products.

Sebastian Aschwanden

ETH Zurich: BSc Mechanical Engineering, MSc Mechanical Engineering + Machine Learning

Built and led machine-learning systems across NLP and computer vision, including GPT-2/BERT-era sales automation and domain-specific embedding pipelines.

As CTO at Refractic, architected an edge-video-intelligence platform with Docker and Kubernetes, enabling deployment of custom ML models on edge devices with cloud connectivity.

At Accenture Zurich, worked as Software Development Engineer for a major Swiss bank, building computer-vision OCR pipelines to extract and transcribe scanned document content for back-office processing.

Senior Agentic AI Engineer (Delivery Lead) at Accenture, leading MVPs, PoCs, and pilots across public sector, pharma, telco, and automotive engagements.

Architected multi-agent RAG systems and delivered 3 pharma PoCs positively evaluated by 30+ users, selected for pilot rollout; designed GCP solution architectures for RfPs contributing to CHF 100k in won deal volume.

Earlier Accenture roles include banking data/AML programs, full-stack team leadership, and production deployments with measurable operational impact, including reducing manual inventory checks by around 4 hours per store per week.
